We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Manager, Fraud Management (Education and Development - Staff & Merchant).
. 

Principal responsibilities

- Fraud awareness and knowledge training for internal staff of HASE and on-us credit card merchant groups.
- From Training Need Analysis (“TNA”), training materials development, enrollment coordination, delivery, accreditation, upto post training feedback consolidation.
- Minimize the time lapse between the latest fraud trend and mitigation strategy in the market and workplace of on-us merchant groups.
- Reinforce and echo the credit card acquiring business (“MBD”) direction into different training modules
- Facilitate the business development materials enrichment of MBD when resource allows

- University graduate or above, major in risk management will be an advantage.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in training areas for financial sectors. 
- With depth knowledge of coordinating, developing, delivering small group training, and massive customer education event management.
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese
- Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
