About the role

Branch Location: 3636 Steeles Avenue, Metro Squ, Markham

As a Premier Officer, you will handle client inquiries relating to the Relationship Management portfolio in a positive, timely, and appropriate manner.

You will proactively find opportunities or issues, connecting with branch management and HSBC Operations, Services and Technology to improve products and service processes.

 

Responsibilities

- Maintain a basic understanding and technical knowledge of relevant products and services
- Communicate effectively and work well with other teams within the Branch, Call Center, HSBC Operations, Services and Technology, and other relevant partners that impact the client’s experience of HSBC
- Efficiently manage time in order to support multiple Relationship Managers concurrently
- Align with local regulations in all aspects of strategy, sales processes, client correspondence, financial promotions, administration, and complaint handling
- Achieve operational standards for the business and work within agreed procedures and guidelines, displaying high levels of integrity at all times.

- Strong interpersonal skills, with strong decision making and ability to deliver
- Minimum of two years of experience working within the financial services industry
- Able to deliver the client experience and needs-based solutions through effective communication, influencing, and sales skills
- Understand core products and familiar with retail and wealth product processes
- Solid knowledge of branch operational procedures
- Great teammate with collaborative skills
- Fluency in a second language is an asset
 

Licensing/Accreditations

- Mutual Fund Licensing achieved (or willing to acquire with HSBC support) via the Investment Funds in Canada Course (IFIC) or Canadian Securities Course (CSC) 
- Mutual Fund Skills Builders Course (or willing to acquire with HSBC support)

Job Description


Infosys is seeking a SAP BODS / ETL. This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design; play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts; deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. Required Qualifications:
Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Markham, Ontario or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.

Preferred Qualification :EDW ETL Experience  - At least 3+ yrs EDW Project implementation end to end using SAP BODS.
Strong in PL/SQL
Create highly optimized and advanced SQL queries to answer business and Actuarial questions from the Enterprise Datawarehouse and reporting databases
Create efficient ETL and data movement pipelines using SAP BODS to move data from different data sources into EDW as well as out of EDW
- Excellent Understanding of Application Development Life Cycle and expertise in Data Modeling and Data warehouse and ETL applications
- Working knowledge of all the SAP BODS transformations and Experience of BODS scripting.
- To be very well versed in using Data Services designer to extract and load data in formats such as Flat Files, Excel work sheets, XML,json from SharePoint, COGNOS, webservices along with system applications  SAP ECC,  SA P BW and Data Bases like HANA , Db2 , Oracle  , Sql server.
- To be Proficient in analyzing and translating business requirements to technical requirements and architecture and able to provide BODS estimation effort. 
- Worked extensively on mapping documents ( After re-verify with clients ) and developed the batch jobs.
- Well versed with Data Quality and Data Profiling activities in BODS 
- Should have experience in Performance tuning and Job run time optimization .
- Client communication and team management
