ABOUT THIS ROLE
As an Outbound Coordinator, you will be working within Audible's EU Marketing Operations team and support 5 countries (DE, ES, FR, IT, UK). Based in Berlin, you will support us building and preserving trusting relationships with our customers. In this role, you will focus on establishing Outbound (email and push) flows and experiences – from creation of templates and campaigns to monitoring and continuously improving upon existing customer journeys. You are passionate about testing campaigns and have relevant experience from previous roles. 

The position is open through a 24 months contract.

As a Outbound Coordinator, Marketing Operations EU, you will...

- Create outbound (email and push) templates and campaigns, including testing, personalisation and targeting as briefed in by our marketing stakeholders
- Update, manage and optimise our automated email campaigns and multi-touch customer journeys
- Work with marketers to improve project process and projects themselves through recommendations based on what you’ve seen work well before.
- Advocate for personalisation across all customer touch-points using internal and external (i.e. Movable Ink) technology
- Help identify opportunities for efficiency by automating whatever can be automated
- Monitor the performance of customer journeys and make recommendations to improve upon them
- Provide general support of our daily business

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience in Online Marketing and Customer Relationship Management
- Relevant experience in building direct to consumer email and push notification campaigns
- Experience working on operational tasks within a technical environment, with email marketing systems
- Experience with customer segmentation and creating target segments
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Bachelor’s degree

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Detail orientated with strong organisational skills
- Basic knowledge of HTML.
- Experience in implementing - Movable Ink personalization capabilities
- German and/or French and/or Italian and/or Spanish language skills
