Wealth and Personal Banking (WPB) is our new global business combining Retail Banking and Wealth Management, and Global Private Banking. We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Assistant Manager Customer Service. 

Principal Responsibilities 
Supporting the branch in all operational task, enabling sales staff to maximize potential sales opportunities.
Act in liaison with internal departments/ other branches to meet customers’ needs and requirements. 
Actively assist to bring in new customers and maintain profitable portfolio
Ensuring that sales & operations are undertaken in accordance with Functional Instruction Manual and credit policy manuals appropriating lending guidelines. 
Be updated on compliance and controls and exchange control regulations to safeguard the bank from potential losses.
Cross sell banks personal banking products and services including digital banking
Ensure end to end follow up on requests to provide delightful customer experience
Accepting cash deposits and withdrawals and accurate cash handling
Handling the Group workflow and imaging System (GWIS) scanning system 
Requirements 
Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) 
Build respect through fostering honest two way communication 
Lead by example and ensure discipline/professionalism at all time 
Be sincere and take responsibility for your actions 
Have a positive 'can do' attitude in all you do.

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Manager Marketing Campaigns & Social Community.

Principal Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective Marketing campaigns to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) allocated for HSBC Premier across through the line marketing channels, with building awareness, consideration and conversion of International Banking Services being the lead focus of this role
Leading Marketing Campaign development of targeted Credit Card Campaigns to drive usage and balances across the portfolio
Critically evaluating campaign and business strategies and suggesting areas for improvement and developing alternative strategies when required.
Playing a lead role in driving customer adoption of new products introduced for HSBC Premier such as Insurance and International Banking Services
Accountable for oversight and good management of social media governance to all who have user access to respond / publish on the account
Community management – listening, posting and responding to comments and generating reports on social media sentiment and suggesting best practices for improvement
Making recommendations for new content, development and accountability of Annual Content Calendar and Frequent Asked Questions (FAQ) responses based on conversation analysis
Champion digital lead generation activity for new products
Have a robust knowledge in other digital mediums such as search, display, mobile and other social media channels and introduce new communications channels as per business requirements
Understand what makes a great creative idea and liaising with media and creative agencies to develop high quality communication which supports business results
Requirements

Degree in Marketing/Business Management or an equivalent qualification - MBA would be an added advantage
Great PowerPoint, Word and Excel skills and the ability to convince stakeholders by articulating and combining creative flair with data driven insights and analytics to address marketing challenges
Previous experience in advertising or marketing experience with a proven track record of marketing campaign management and execution
Exceptional skills in writing both English and Sinhala
The ability to challenge the status quo with data driven insights and the willingness to always keep innovating and trying to bring new ideas to the function
