About Walmart eCommerce Finance: Are you passionate about forecasting the business and using data and financial modeling to find insights to support eCommerce leadership to make important business decisions? Walmart eCommerce Finance is hiring a Senior Manager I to support eCommerce Finance for Marketplace. Reporting to the Finance Director, you will work closely with business partners to lead the monthly P&L forecasting process and provide strategic analysis to support business decisions. Your interest in FP&A forecasting process, data analytics, storytelling, and strategic insights to solve complex financial problems will be greatly valued. About the Position: This is a great mid-level Walmart eCommerce Finance role in the fastest growing Marketplace business. You’ll make an impact by: - Lead daily, weekly, monthly forecasting process with business partners and improve forecast accuracy to be within 5%. - Build an input-based forecasting model using large datasets to analyze and reflect traffic, conversion, and macro changes. - Analyze the large business investment / initiatives launch to size the topline impact. - Improve operational processes with Finance Teams and identify opportunities for optimization or automation. - Provide input for decisions by producing financial models that translate non-financial metrics to financial metrics by incorporating assumptions, identifying tradeoff, and known risks. - Prepare presentations and other supporting materials for recommendations; and participate in case presentations to senior and executive-level management. - Develop financial planning processes supporting area leaders to finalize budgets; conduct budget review meetings; and present information to the Executive Committee. You will sweep us off our feet if…  - You have corporate experience in online retail finance, FP&A, supply chain across multiple businesses or consulting / banking background. - You use numbers to build a story by finding new opportunities or patterns to explain the 'what' and 'why' behind performance. - You are a "Master of Data" by having skills in SQL, Google Big Query, Power BI, or any modern tech stack. - You excel and presentation skills at aligning partners, including senior leaders. The annual salary range for this position is $105,000.00-$195,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
