If this sounds exciting to you, we are looking for a Director of Product Management for Store Acquisitions to help us accelerate membership growth in our stores. Approximately 144 million customers shop our stores every week. You will define the product vision, create the product strategy and execute the roadmap. You will do this by understanding our store shopper’s needs and preferences, how they shop and deploy tactics across the store shopping journey to create awareness, consideration and acquisition points. There are no well-defined rules here- you will define them by testing, learning, optimizing and scaling. This position calls for an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for solving customer problems with innovative solutions. You’ll make an impact by: · Defining vision and strategies for your product, using domain expertise, internal and external best practices, unlocking key new capabilities to deliver value to our members at Walmart scale. · Leading and delivering on key cross-functional projects that span across multiple teams within the organization. · Experimenting, learning, optimizing and scaling. · Managing cross-functional leadership and stakeholder alignment across partner teams including Engineering, Business, Design and Product partners. · Managing and executing on a product roadmap by analyzing customer and product data for actionable insights, determining rollout strategy, and managing risks and new opportunities. · Building collaborative relationships with key partners by driving priorities aligned to OKRs, communicating and prioritizing product roadmaps, and gaining buy-in from executive leadership. · Building platforms and capabilities at scale that deliver even more value for our members. Preferred Qualifications: · 7+ years of experience in product management/development. · Experience building stores and omni-channel products/features. · Experience making data-driven product decisions and defining product strategy. · Experience defining product strategy, OKRs and executing the roadmap towards the OKRs. · Experience leading direct reports. · Experience delivering in highly cross-functional environments at scale.
