MANDATORY SKILLS / REQUIREMENTS ------------------------------- - Abstract thinking and problem-solving skills for coding and representing processes in diagrams. - Challenge accepting and ability to find solution. - Client communication - Proficient in English (Verbal, Written). - Openness to learn new technologies based on business requirements HIRING TYPE ----------- - Employee. DESIRED SKILLS, TECHNOLOGIES AND EXPERIENCE ------------------------------------------- - Experience of Managing and Mentoring team - Experience with Microsoft Power Platforms (Power BI, Power Automate Etc.) - Experience with RPA Solutions (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, BluePrism, AssistEdge, etc). - Experience working with Selenium. - Experience in Production Support Projects - Experience with databases (SQL or Oracle etc). - Knowledge of LEAN, Six Sigma or any other Process Improvement levers.
