Job Description:Evaluates technical employees and identifies areas needing improvement. Prepares training materials and sessions, in groups or individually. Reports data on completed courses, issues, and absences. Determines overall effectiveness of programs and training by listening to feedback and making improvements as necessary. Position Summary: - Devise technical training programs according to organizational requirements - Produce training schedules and classroom agenda - Determine course content according to objectives - Prepare training material (presentations, worksheets etc.) - Execute training sessions, webinars, workshops etc. in groups or individually - Arrange for and conduct on-site training when needed - Keep and report data on completed courses, absences, issues etc. - Observe and evaluate results of training programs Determine overall effectiveness of programs and make improvement. Required Skill Set: Minimum 1 years of experience as a technology trainer Excellent communication skills – C1 equivalent proficiency Good presentation skills and client Interfacing capabilities Ability to identify process improvement ideas, mentor team members on implementing improvement ideas/Six sigma/lean projects Confidently communicates current performance and improvement ideas with client Technical SkillsProven experience as technical trainer Knowledge of modern training techniques and tools in technical subjects Experience in designing technical course content Ability to address training needs with complete courses Working knowledge in MS Office (especially Powerpoint) Outstanding communication skills and comfortable speaking to crowds Excellent organizational and time-management abilitiesLeadership skills (influencing, delegating and leading). Language:English proficient Job duties and responsibilities: Prepare and conduct technical training programs. Assess training needs and certification requirements. Deploy training to targeted personnel. Prepare training material and classroom agenda. Create instructor materials (course outlines, background material, instructional materials, and training aids). Continuously enhance technical instructional delivery and presentation skills. Mentor other instructors in the subject matter, content, and course delivery techniques for assigned technical courses. Ensure the quality and consistency of course content throughout a course life cycle. Test process with different subjects. Manage the training program in accordance with business needs, regulatory requirements, and Quality Management System.
