We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Technical Product Management. Principal Responsibilities - To provide an oversight on product development and adoption of various infrastructure technology products including and not limited to DIGS (Digital Infrastructure Global Services) platform, certificate renewal automation and lifecycle management, technology upgrade automation as well as all other pre-existing and future technology products that will help take forward self-service enablement and process simplifications across all infrastructure change activities, operations and service management tasks - To stay abreast of technology trends and advise IT and the management about potential benefits or impacts - To actively drive improvement on Technology service resilience across Wholesale Technology services - To actively drive the innovation culture in the infrastructure discipline with a vision of transforming traditional infrastructure engineering discipline towards an efficient, SRE led infrastructure function through adoption of Infrastructure as Code principles and Agile Ways of Working - Collaborate with Service Management Disciplines and Service Management Practice resources to ensure adherence to the Service Management best practice and adoption - A broad understanding and in-depth experience on supporting core infrastructure technology including but not limited to Database, Unix and Middleware technology, with comprehensive appreciation across Infrastructure management process and principles - Work collaboratively with GB/GF representatives to improve engagement and drive tangible business-aligned improvements & benefits to ensure operationally that the process delivers business value - Proven work experience on IT infrastructure administration, provisioning and support - Proven expertise in Infrastructure technology such as Operating System (e.g. Redhat Linux, Windows), Middleware Technology (e.g. IBM WebSphere, Apache, WebLogic, IBM MQ) or Database Technology (e.g. Oracle, Mongo, MS SQL) - Solid experience on infrastructure CICD engineering and agile development methodology - Sound understanding on SSL certificate management - Sound understanding on application testing and QA - Sound communication skills to build and maintain effective working relationships with peer groups in Operations and Development - Customer focus and goal oriented. An understanding of the business environment and imperatives particularly the provision of excellent customer service - Able to work at flexible hour for late evening meeting with colleagues in various regions.
