DESCRIPTION We are seeking a Tech Business Salesperson to join the Buy with Prime Mid-Market sales team. This role will act as the primary customer facing resource responsible for selling, launching, and optimizing Buy with Prime for customers post-launch. They will work backwards from the customer to understand their business objectives, drive strategy, leverage deep business and technical acumen to deliver results, and obsess over customer experience. This role will work cross-functionally with stakeholder teams to influence and drive product enhancements, strategy alignment, and processes for the sales team to scale. As an ideal candidate, you have a track record of delivering with high standards for customers; of scaling yourself for fast growth; and you have demonstrated deliver results. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - BA/BS degree or equivalent experience - Minimum 5 years of professional experience in business development of which minimum 3 years have been in the tech sales space - Sales proficiency in: end-to-end sales, prospecting, storytelling, closing, negotiations, account management, business development, sales pipeline management, sales forecasting, and customer service - Domain experience working in eCommerce, SaaS, advertising sales, cyber/big data/financial services (FinTech), cloud products, or digital payment solutions - Strong verbal and written communication skills PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - MBA - Ability to influence others in a collaborative fashion and strong decision-making skills - Ability to prioritize in a complex, fast-paced environment - Ability to gather, interpret and apply a wide range of data, and strong organizational skills - Sound business judgment, proven ability to influence others, and strong analytical thinking skills are critical to success in this position Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
