Job Description
ServiceNow Lead Developer: Responsibilities: • Lead the design, development, and implementation of custom solutions on the ServiceNow platform for the CSM module • Collaborate with the business and technical teams to gather requirements and provide technical expertise in the development of custom solutions • Develop and maintain custom workflows, scripts, and integrations to support the CSM module • Ensure the custom solutions are aligned with the overall ServiceNow architecture and security standards • Develop and maintain documentation for custom solutions and processes • Mentor and coach junior developers on best practices and ServiceNow development methodologies • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to custom solutions • Stay current with new ServiceNow releases and features, and assess the impact on custom solutions • Work with the ServiceNow account team to manage the customer relationship and ensure customer satisfaction Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field • Strong experience in ServiceNow development, preferably with the CSM module • Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, security, and best practices • Strong experience in JavaScript and other scripting languages • Strong experience with web services and integrations • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong project management and leadership skills
