Cognizant Intuitive Operations & Automation Organization and Role Overview Cognizant’s Intuitive Operations & Automation (IOA) business unit is Cognizant’s fastest growing unit and a critical part of Cognizant’s strategy for continued expansion. IOA’s charter is providing business process outsourcing at scale. We focus on client-specific and industry-specific functions, including: customer care, location-based services and niche offerings across Digital Health, FinTech, InsureTech and more. To accelerate this growth IOA is looking for a highly-accomplished, results-driven sales executive to originate, advance, and close large sales opportunities in outsourcing. This individual will be working with senior client executives and Cognizant senior leadership to drive sales and business development in a high growth and highly autonomous environment. Role Summary Role – Service Line Specialist – IOA, Communications, Media & Technology Location - USA Practice – Intuitive Operations & Automation Markets Key Responsibilities - Market Strategy development – Drive the market strategy for CMT segments including but not limited to profitable revenue growth, competitive differentiation, industry partnerships and practice investments. - Drive Sales origination for focus segments across emerging and traditional CMT companies that have unique requirements for operational scale - Develop trusted relationships with senior client executives, and partner for mutual success - Drive best-in-class client propositions, partnering with Solutions, Delivery, Process Excellence and Automation teams.
