Thank you for your interest in Cognizant career opportunities. - Manage BPO relationship of t top key accounts assigned within the Retail, Consumer Goods , Travel & Hospitality , Manufacturing & Logistics portfolio - Manage the account plan in consultation with the client partner, investing time in strengthening existing client relationships and new strategic clients - Build a robust sales pipeline that always forecasts four – six quarters in the future. - Responsible for sales, business development, and customer relationship building - Achieve annual revenue and total contract value (booking) targets - Lead proactive proposals and RFP in line with account strategy - Partner with internal leaders for solution creation and execution - Work in a matrixed organization, responsible for prospecting and other sales management goals designed - Collaborate with industry vertical teams, developing strong, long-term relationships with executives - Manage the end-to-end sales process
