Amazon Enterprise Engineering is seeking a talented, strategic-minded Technical Program Manager to assist with modernizing content creation and management for all Amazonians worldwide. We are looking for a self-motivated Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) with strong interpersonal skills, experience leading large scale initiatives, and a background in Systems or Software Engineering. Our tools are used globally by Amazonians to conduct business operations 24/7. You will help drive new innovation by working with customers to develop solutions for Amazon's evolving content collaboration needs. Key job responsibilities You will be interacting with Amazonians as customers to understand business needs from their content tools. You will partner with Amazon Product teams to influence roadmaps, build & maintain relationships. You will help drive development of productivity and collaboration solutions. You will write and present a variety of documents, run meetings, and inform our stakeholders of program status. You will run our Agile ceremonies, advocate for our team's priorities, and ensure our team's engineers and programs stay on task and on track for delivery. About the team Intelligent Cloud Control (ICC) operates Amazon's global websites and makes sure they are available, resilient, and efficient. When you type an Amazon URL into your browser, we're the ones making that page appear seamlessly—on Prime Day, or on an ordinary Thursday—so that you can shop, search, or build the things you need. We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations: Dublin, D, IRL BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 5+ years of technical product or program management experience - 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience - 3+ years of software development experience - 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience - Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience - Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules - Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
