We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior CS In this role, you will -  ·       achieving high scalability and fault-tolerance without sacrificing performance and availability ·       faster delivery to production using agile and devops methodologies ·       distributed and move away from vertically scaled infrastructure and single points of failures ·       this platform will change the culture of GM operations  Principal responsibilities ·       Work as a Sr developer to provide application solutions to the business ·       Analyse business needs and recommend viable IT solutions to meet these requirements ·       Design, develop and implement IT solutions to meet business needs, according to established standards and best practices ·       Conduct and support testing to ensure the quality of all deliverables ·       Produce documentation on system solutions to ensure their maintainability and smooth implementation ·       Overall minimum 8+ years’ experience To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements: ·       Must have: At least 5+ years relevant IT experience in web development using JavaScript(ES6)/Typescript, ReactJS, React state management(Redux/React Hook), HTML5, CSS3, Node.js, Webpack or any build/bundler tool, Jest ·       Experience in working on Digital Hosting Platform in HSBC will be added advantage. ·       Knowledge and experience in the following areas are advantages: o    Experience to create custom UI component and create npm module o    Experience in LESS, SASS, React testing library, Micro Frontend architecture, Ag-grid and SSE(Server Sent Event) o    Experience in developing RESTful service, Java backend microservices and microservice architecture o    FX back-office process, workflows for trade subscription, confirmation, settlement and cash accounting ·       Experience in TDD / BDD ·       A fast learner with effective planning, organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills ·       Proactive, possess an outgoing personality, self-motivated and be able to work independently and under pressure ·       Strong communication and presentation skills with fluent written and spoken English.
