Job Description Role – Senior Consultant Technology – Microsoft Dynamics F&O – SCM Location – Seon, Swiss Compensation – Competitive (including bonus) Job Description In the role of Senior Consultant, you will support requirement workshops, help define problem statement, review/analyze requirements specifications from the business needs, support creation of to-be flows, fit gap analysis documentation, provide solution alternatives, create detailed design documentation, and testing. For high complexity projects, you will perform configuration, build application/process solution, implement deployment plan and resolve data migration issues and cut-over user issues. You will support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing high-quality and value adding consulting solutions to customers within the guidelines, policies and norms of Infosys. Skills & Experience Required • 4 years bachelor's degree or MBA or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education • At least 6 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 or at least 2 implementations in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O. • At least 7-8 years of experience in business analysis or functional consulting in Supply Chain Processes including Warehouse and Transportation • Experience in the following modules. Procurement and Sourcing, Sales and Marketing, Product Information Management, Warehouse Management, Inventory Management & MRP. • Strong proficiency across areas of industry knowledge and best practices. • Ability to understand and use advance analysis methods to identify and resolve complex client scenarios • High impact Communication skills • Business Acumen • Customer Orientation • Planning and Co-ordination skills Preferred • Knowledge of Proposal building methods • Microsoft Dynamics FO/AX certifications preferred • At least 4 years of experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external integrations, documentation, and mapping current business processes • Experience and desire to work in a consulting environment that requires regular travel The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
