At Cognizant we promote an inclusive culture, where we value different perspectives providing career growth and development opportunities. #WelcomeToCognizant!  We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as  SAP SD Support What you’ll do: - All selected responsibilities associated with SAP SD Package Configurator Sales Delivery  Process - Possess a thorough understanding of data, sources of data, and relationships of data across multiple Package modules/functions - Expert in obtaining and clarifying business requirements to exceed expectations in designing solutions - Demonstrates a clear understanding of the underlying SAP SD tables, structures and fields for their SAP SD modules/functions Qualifications: - BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Marketing , Information Systems Management, Computer Science or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience - 2-3 years’ experience working with SAP SD in support operation and specifically configuration - Advanced knowledge and expertise working with specific SAP SD modules, functionality and business processes listed in the application inventory - Authority on the integration of business processes to SAP SD Master Data, integration between the various SAP modules and to subscribing systems. - Ability to Inspire confidence with business and IT leadership - Strong analytical skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral) - Certification in SAP SD configuration is a plus - Advanced proficiency using various Microsoft Office tools including SharePoint - Demonstrated ability to work effectively with all levels of staff, customers and other IT Personnel - Proficiency in IT analysis methodologies (i.e. process flow definition, data flow diagramming, etc.)    Must Have: SAP SD Knowledge; Support Experience; Intermediate English.
