Job Description Infosys is seeking a SAP SD/LE. This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design; play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts; deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. Required Qualifications: - Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Mississauga, Ontario or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel. - Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. - At least 4 years of Information Technology experience. - Canadian citizens and those authorized to work in the Canada are encouraged to apply. Preferred Qualification : • SAP Sales & Distribution/Logistics Execution (SD/LE) expertise with deep business process knowledge cutting Sales, Billing, Logistics, Contracts, Pricing etc. areas • Experience of having handled SAP implementations, upgrades/rollouts, AMS projects (Hands-on SAP SD/LE Functional expertise is critical) • Ability to offer solutions in SD/LE space in a technology-agnostic fashion (beyond SAP) bringing business process know-how and best practices- Pre-Incident/CR support which includes: Review the process, provide training/KT support, work with Business SME’s/Stakeholders - Provide Architecture/end-to-end solution strictly following Ingredion Governance/Controls - Analyze requirement with the Business Stakeholders and prepare BRD - Do value scoring and prioritization of request and allocate resources - Liaison with Business for prioritization, manage escalations and build relationship - Manage timeline and business expectations/escalations and provide timely updates - Conduct user Training, UAT approval, change management - Work directly with external partners and other admins/SMEs to implement change and perform go-live support - Quality review of solution including cross applications/cross team/CCB calls. Approve CR’s to Production. - Establish Cadence: Weekly review of major requirements/CR’s with Business Stakeholders/BRM’s - Manage SLA’s for critical incidents / CR’s and give timely status reports - Advise process improvements / best practices - PM (Project Manager) for mid-size projects - Review feedback, Mentor vendor resources and improve process/communications - Ensure continuity of technical support when we transfer project work into ongoing support - 60% bandwidth to support AMS (as Onsite Lead) and rest for core Solution Architect tasks About Us Infosys is a global leader in next-generation digital services and consulting.
