Roles and Responsibilities: We are seeking for an experienced SAP SD Functional analyst who has a strong SD business, credit management, and FSCM process, hands-on with the related configurations, detail oriented, team player with good communication skills. S/4HANA implementation experience and ABAP debugging skills would be an additional advantage. Candidate will need to participate in cross functional teams and business for requirement gathering, solution design, thorough testing, documentation, and working with developer to ensure project deliverables are completed within stipulated timeframe. Skills /Competencies: - Essential Skills: - Specialised in SAP SD Functional, order to cash, credit management. - Hands-on with FSCM related configuration. - Certified in SAP SD is preferred. - Basic ABAP debugging knowledge. - Documentation: functional specification, working instruction, design documentation, testing documentation. - Fluent in English (write and speak). - Able to deliver project under tight timeline. - Effective communicator and executes business partnership effectively. - Team player. - S/4HANA implementation experiences will be an advantage. - Preferred skills - Bachelor’s Degree from accredited university in Computer Science/Information Technology. - At least 6+ years of SAP SD working experience in high tech manufacturing/OEM or consumer product environment. - Additional Skills: - Excellent customer interfacing skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills. - Develop SAP Functional Specification and communicate with developer or external partners. - Execute projects, setting project deliverables priorities, monitoring, reporting on the process, progress, risk, and result. - Effectively communicate project status to the project stakeholder on a regular basis. - Partner with business to ensure their expectations are met and managed. - Ensure consistent delivery of a quality projects and adhere to Project Life Cycle Guideline Infosys is an equal opportunity employer and positively encourages applications from suitably qualified and eligible candidates regardless of gender or other attribute covered by equal opportunity legislation.
