Job Description Infosys is seeking Salesforce Consultant having experience in Utilities, Telcom - In this role you will interact effectively with Client executives, Product Owner, Business Analyst and Development team while owning the delivery of complex development items. You will be an expert contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration, and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape. This position is based out of Dallas, Tx. Candidate can work remotely from anywhere within the US during CST time zone. This position will require relocation and or travel to project location. Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. • At least 4 years Information Technology • Experience working in Salesforce, Salesforce Field Service implementation and/or support projects. • Certified on Salesforce Platform Developer modules . Preferred Qualification: • Overall, 5 years of experience of working on Salesforce implementation and support projects. • Work experience in Utilities Field Service management Area. • Technically strong in designing, building Lightning Web Components LWC, APEX classes. • Experience in Salesforce Flows. • Experience in Requirement Gathering and hands on Configurations. • Knowledge and experience in building integrations in Salesforce with multiple other source systems. • Experience in Salesforce Field Service implementations/support • Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel • Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment. The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face.
