People with initiative and responsibility, who have good diction and excellent treatment with the client. We will assess those who have a technical profile or related experience in the role. Key Responsibilities: - Update trackers, Create/Update tickets, update required applications & tools and keep PM informed of new issues. - Provide information, educate customer, troubleshoot, probe and fix issues. - Provide work direction and guidance to team members. - Maintain EWS (Early warning system) for the team for tracking and proactively addressing people issues. - Identify training needs of team members and provide coaching support to them.
