Job Title: AZURE AD Engineer Short Description: IDAM professional with hands on experience on Sailpoint Identitynow involving development and support scope of work. Location: Sydney, Australia Roles and Responsibilities: Work towards production support environment for IDAM Scope of work. Would be taking care of day-to-day production support tasks, Ability to work with business stakeholders, Architect, Infrastructure team, Application team and other Operations Team handling and resolving production issues and incidents. Ability to contribute to enhancement scope of work and executing changes from development to production environment following change management processes defined by customer. Take initiative to problem solve with positive attitude towards feedback from team for improvements. Skill/Competency Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. - 5-6 years of relevant experience in IDAM (Identity & Access Management domain) platform - Proven experience in IdentityNow deployments - Should have integrated different connectors like AD, Azure AD, OKTA, through SailPoint Identity Now. - Should have experience on onboarding applications using out of the box connectors and their customer implementation like Transforms, Generators and Complex sources for different profiles - Should have experience on onboarding applications using out of the box connectors and their customer implementation like Transforms, Generators and Complex sources for different profiles - Should have deployed vendor recommended performance tuning configurations - Should have Installed and Configured the different components in SailPoint Identity Now. - 4-5 years of experience with SailPoint IDN virtual appliance configurations, Web services connector configurations, policies, identity profiles, identity and manager correlation, access modeling, etc. - Developing lifecycle workflows, custom connectors, custom reports and dashboards - Experience with provisioning, user lifecycle operations, federation, and on - premises integrations - Experience with Enterprise Provisioning, Roles - based Access Controls, Single - Sign - On, external and internal federation, and systems integration, Compliance based Attestation and Re – certification - Thorough understanding of SAML specification, digital signatures, certificates management, and session management - Work in Agile environment - Excellent problem-solving skills with a high degree of intellectual curiosity - Understands the need to comply with coding and deployment standards - Take initiative to problem solve Adaptable and flexible with ability to multi-tasking - Willingness to share knowledge and good working ethic Additional skills: - Excellent customer interfacing skills. - Work in a distributed team environment where team members are spread across numerous locations and often communicate virtually. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills. - Experience working in financial and banking sector Infosys is an equal opportunity employer and encourages applications from suitably qualified and eligible candidates regardless of gender or other attribute covered by equal opportunity legislation.
