Job Description Infosys is seeking a QA Program Manager, As a QA Program Manager, you will act as the leader for Quality across business and functional teams. You will define the test strategy, ensure testers are aligned with the test approach and deliver necessary quality outcomes across multiple projects aligned to business needs. You will also be required to represent Quality status and metrics to senior leaders at the client, and address any concerns related to Quality. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. - At least 10 years of Information Technology experience with focus on Program Management. - U.S. citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply. We are unable to sponsor at this time. - Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Harrison, NY or be willing to relocate to the area. - Experience defining Testing strategies and guiding Test Execution. - Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle. - Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies. - Experience leading large-scale programs for product and platform organizations - Excellent high-impact verbal and written communication skills to interact with senior leaders at the client and internal management teams - Experience managing large teams in Onsite-Offshore delivery model - Experience working in matured Quality organizations with focus on test automation, high reusability, efficient processes - Experience building management-level presentations and reports for representing Quality metrics, status, issues - Experience resolving internal and external challenges as part of large-scale program implementations - Experience working in program and test management tools like TestRail, Jira, Confluence - Experience working in cloud-hosted test environments like AWS and Azure Preferred Experience:- 10 years of experience with program Management specially managing large teams in Onsite offshore model - Building relationship with senior management to ensure Stakeholder Satisfaction - Articulating QA value to the client senior management - Addressing client concerns/escalations - Program management of key projects - Set up a metrics-driven team - Directing the team to achieve a common goal - Understand existing Testing artifacts, functional/regression testing approaches - Ability to implement Quality audit process for the testing function and deliverables aligned to client requirements and regulatory needs - Understand existing business and functional needs to determine ideal test strategies optimized for speed and efficiency - Working with compliance/validation teams to define validation/qualification criteria for testing needs - Provide and implement recommendations to improve automation penetration and efficiency, and integrating with enterprise DevOps framework - Help design training and best practices for testing tools, test strategies based on platform/product landscape and business needs - At least 5+ year of strong experience in Agile Testing projects. - Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams - Ability to work in fast paced environment and drive business outcomes - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
