Job Description Role – Principal Consultant, Product Management Technology – Networking, RDK, Audio and Video Compression formats, Media Streaming, Cloud-based Entertainment Platform Media end to end architecture Location – Amsterdam, NL Business Unit – ENG – SDC Business Consulting Compensation – Competitive (including bonus) Job Description We’re looking for a Product Owner to join us in Amsterdam to work within the Connectivity Product Group for Media. The Connectivity Product Group works closely with the Operations to delivery ultra fast, safe, and seamless connectivity. The role also involves close collaboration with the technical and engineering groups as well as Operating Country Teams. Responsibilities - Collaborating on the Connectivity Product Roadmap including FMC / Mobile, Security, Reliability, Smart Home, Working from Home, Gaming, Digital Experience, Sustainability, and Accessibility - Focusing on market drivers such as quality of service, data, convergence, and digitalization - Working with business analysts in requirement writing and prioritization of JIRA tickets - Working with Tech and engineering to ensure solutions are work effective and efficient. - Work with designers of UI design and usability - External Party Management - Work with end users at Operating Companies to understand their needs and requirements - Review current user practice to identify improvements and weaknesses of current connectivity products - Release management with documentation and training to end users - Alignment and coordination with key (internal) stakeholders (on senior level) - Running ad hoc demos of the CMS system - Providing comprehensive presentations on current and future planning around the Armstrong CMS - Working in and with international organization(s) you will be required to deal with different cultures and working practices with ease and acceptance. Managing competing priorities and demands will require diplomacy and communication skills. Building collaborative networks is a key to success within this role. Qualifications, Experience and Skills- Working experience within media or technology related fields within a Product Management Function - Relevant experience in media management environment - Experience with Mobile, Security, and Smart Home related products - Familiar with Product Management process: - Building a product vision, roadmap, and plan - Agile Methodology - User Interface design - JIRA and Wiki software - Translating user requests to requirements - Stakeholder Management - Release Management - Demonstrable experience of working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment, with a strong focus on customer service - Ability to create a trusted working environment with sense of empowerment and autonomy - Excellent communication and networking skills, relates effectively to people at all levels of the organization and with the supply base. - Ability to deal well with ambiguity and excellent change management skills to drive improvement - Business and Political savvy - Can-do mentality, pragmatic, drives for excellent results. - Skills in MS Office (Excel / PowerPoint). - Fluency (oral & written) in English About Us Infosys is a global leader in next-generation digital services and consulting.
