DESCRIPTION Amazon Canada is seeking a Principal Product Manager (Fleet Repairs) who will help us to scale repairs workstream supporting our organization’s current and future Fleet initiatives. Principal Product Manager will be responsible for testing, piloting, rolling our fleet services in Canada delivery stations. Further innovative solutions that improve the uptime of our vehicles will be researched, developed and deployed by this individual. At Amazon we are building a Last Mile Operation that is complimented by Delivery Service Partners (DSP). The Last Mile team is hiring a Principal Product Manager for Canada to launch repairs solutions for Amazon fleet. Key job responsibilities -Build repairs workstream roadmap for Canada -Negotiate repairs pricing with 3P vendors -Deploy and manage repairs solutions and other products (ex: warranty) across Canada -Roll out and manage creative solutions for vehicle maintenance focused on aging fleet -Work with internal and external stakeholders for permit and safety requests -Monitor key quality metrics, define and implement initiatives to drive product and process improvements -Work within time constraints and deliver results to meet critical business needs -Collect feedback from product/program users to build next generation repair tools for Canada -Preferably bilingual but not required This role can be located out of Vancouver, Montreal or Toronto, Canada Travel up to ~30% within Canada and/or US A day in the life BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 10+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience - Bachelor's degree - Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition - Experience with end to end product delivery - Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product - Experience with managing fleet and/or repairs workstream PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Preferably bilingual (English & French) - Excellent verbal and written communication Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
