Short Description: We are looking for an experienced Principal Consultant to drive some key Transformation programs in the Network and Service Assurance domain. Working closely with the Customer, Internal Leads, Technology and Delivery teams, you will seek to understand current constraints and challenges in Network and Service Assurance domain. In your role, you are expected to propose and drive optimization of transformation initiatives and related program of works. Roles and Responsibilities: Plan and execute large programs working closely with external and internal stakeholders. Quantitatively manage the projects/programs effectively Define and govern the program metrics with the focus to achieve excellence in delivery. Drive and run governance for programs with the executive leadership in the Internal and Client organizations. Provide thought leadership and drive teams to achieve excellence through Innovation Manage client relationship. Manage commercials and negotiate and co-work on contracts where necessary. Drive/Participate in RFP or tender processes as required. Generate insights and provide inputs to the leadership teams where required. Identify risks and issues that impacts the delivery and potentially the relationship with the customer. Provide expert advice and recommendations to improve processes and bring in efficiency. Essential:- Qualifications/certifications in information technology and more specifically architecture or equivalent experience. Extensive experience of the Telco Service provider ecosystem. Experience in driving transformation of large Telco Operations ecosystem Good understanding of the access technologies like Fiber, Coaxial, Wireless etc Good understanding of the OSS system architecture Preferred:PMP/ Prince 2/ITIL Certifications Recognized professional certification in Cloud, Networking, Azure, Microsoft, VMware, or other relevant technologies highly regarded. Additional Skills:Excellent customer interfacing skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills.
