Job Description Program Manger Role: Program Manager responsibilities include Establish overall performance standards for projects, project managers and their teams / a portfolio. Assign team members or other staff to various tasks, delivery and lead the phases of work in the life cycle of multiple projects or products, interface with customer as an escalation for whole program/ portfolio. Location: (Austin, TX or Sunnyvale, CA) Your Key Responsibilities - Drive timelines and aim for on-time delivery with successful completion of all in scope project work. - Act as legal domain technology expert to assist customer for their digital transformation initiatives - Own / host kickoff meetings, recurring touch points during the project, etc - Set meeting agenda and provide appropriate follow-up communications - Be initial point of project escalation and understanding when to escalate up as needed - Align and track project resources and tasks, effectively manage scope creep - Collaborate with development teams, business stakeholders and other groups for solution design, requirements - Prepare, review, revise, and maintain technical documents, including software and systems engineering, system operations, testing, and user documentation - Document requirements by creating use cases, user stories, Business Requirement Document (BRD), class diagram, Entity-Relationship (ER) diagram, and sequence diagrams - Review & analyze AS-IS process, identify, and evaluate new technology, define TO-BE process - Gather and analyze technical and functional information from various sources to document new or changing product functionality - Effectively partner with the Solutions Architect and Development team - Collaborate with the other team members from delivery team - Work along with practice leadership for unit & people development - 10+ years of technical project experience - 2+ years of Litify experience Qualifications Basic: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or any related field Leverage Agile Development best practices in project activities.
