Wanted: Global Innovators to Help Us Build Tomorrow’s Enterprise As a Principal Consultant, you will be managing, organizing and coordinating programs. You will be strategic liaison with client from Infosys and provide guidance to teams and project managers in ways that promote the company’s culture. You will also oversee the progress of operations. The ideal candidate will be an excellent leader and will have experience in managing staff of different disciplines to produce results in a timely manner. They will also be able to develop efficient strategies and tactics. The goal is to ensure that all programs deliver the desirable outcome to our organization. Job description - Liaison with client for project delivery, future work, recommendation, footprint expansion, resource planning and identification - Formulate, organize and monitor inter-connected projects - Decide on suitable strategies and objectives. - Coordinate cross-project activities and manager deliverables across multiple programs. - Lead and evaluate project managers and other staff - Drafting contractual documents - Develop and control deadlines, budgets and activities - Apply change, risk and resource management - Assume responsibility for the project team and delivery - Assess program performance and aim to maximize ROI - Resolve projects’ higher scope issues - Prepare reports for program directors, client stakeholders etc - Coordinate and work with offshore teams for project management activities. - Should be well versed in English language both verbal and written communication. Location for this position is Amsterdam, Netherlands. This position may require 0% travel. Those who are authorized to work in the Amsterdam. are encouraged to apply. Preferred- Thorough understanding of project/techniques and methods - Thorough knowledge of contract negotiations skills with client. - Excellent Knowledge of change management principles - Knowledge on Siebel CRM, Cloud technologies, MS Azure Cloud. - Excellent knowledge of MS Office; working knowledge of program/project management software (MS Project, Visio, Powerpoint etc.) is a strong advantage - Must have experience on working in a global delivery model, working with offshore teams - Outstanding leadership and organizational skills - Excellent communication skills - Should be well versed in English language both verbal and written communication - Excellent problem-solving ability - Knowledge and exposure to Auto finance domain The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
