Job Description Infosys is seeking Oracle WMS Cloud Functional Lead Consultant. The position will primarily be responsible for providing solutions on the Oracle WMS implementation along with the integration with handheld devices for a US based customer. In this role, you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your domain and functional proficiency across different stages of the project including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design. You will play an important role in creating the high-level design artifacts. You will be involved in the high level as well as detailed solution design lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition, and warranty, validating requirements with product offerings, working with relevant stakeholders for product customization requests. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor’s Degree or foreign equivalent, will consider work experience in lieu of a degree. - 7+ years of Information Technology experience - Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Boca Raton, FL or be willing to relocate or living in the US willing to travel for key milestones to the area. This position may require travel in the US and Canada. - Should have significant experience in implementing Oracle WMS Cloud implementation / support. - WMS experience covering complex processes in Shipping and Receiving, WMS strategies and business rules for picking and putaway, WMS Inbound and Outbound Operations, Label generation, cycle counting, carrier manifest configuration, WMS Transaction Flows. - Strong knowledge of WMS inbound/outbound logistics, task management, and wave planning. - Knowledge on RF guns, Material handling equipment like ASRS, conveyer system. - Minimum of 2 Implementation experience as WMS consultant. - Requirement Gathering, Business Requirement Document. - Liaison with other teams, Coordination with Offshore Teams for custom development. - Fit Gap, Solutioning, Design, Milestone Testing, Cutover, Conversions. - Go Live and Production Support. - U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required, we are not able to sponsor at this time. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in Implementing Oracle ERP/Cloud across manufacturing customers. - Understand as-is process, define to-be-processes, requirements gathering, Fit-gap analysis, Prepare functional specification, solution design, test planning and execution, system integration testing, supporting UAT, cut-over and go-live. - Build custom solutions (RICE) including but not limited to Forms, Reports, Interfaces, conversions, extensions, customizations, personalizations, workflows. - Provide regular status updates to stakeholders. - Coordinate with customer, business SME and other vendors. - Experience in Oracle Implementation including Development of Integrations, Custom Reports and Extensions. - Experience in Oracle Transportation Management, Oracle Order Management will be an advantage. - Any certification in Warehouse Management or WMS module is preferred but Optional. - Experience in managing team size of 2-3 would be a plus. - Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment. The job may also entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Candidates should be able to effectively communicate by telephone, email, and face to face.
