Job Description Infosys is seeking Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Technical Lead. The position would primarily be responsible for working with business team & Client IT, gather technical requirements, design and develop the technical solution. The candidate should have a minimum two years of experience in Oracle Cloud - Payroll Implementation and/or support projects. Should have good understanding of Oracle Cloud – Payroll tables, experience in Payroll Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, Payroll Integrations, BI & OTBI reporting, HDL. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution, will consider work experience in lieu of a degree. - U.S. citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply. We are not able to sponsor at this time. - At least 4 years of Relevant Information Technology experience. - Candidate may be located anywhere in the US but be willing to travel to Blue Ash, OH for key project milestones. - 4 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Implementation or support projects. - Minimum two years of experience in Cloud Payroll implementation or support. - Expertise on Payroll Integrations, HCM Extracts, BI reporting, and Payroll data conversions for US. - Should have good understanding on Oracle Payroll cloud tables. - Responsible for developing new payroll interfaces with third party systems, HCM Extracts, BI reports, and Fast Formulas. - Able to troubleshoot Payroll technical issues and provide resolution. - Should be able to interact and work with Payroll business on technical requirements, prepare Technical Design Documentation. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in creating BI reports and payroll reconciliation related activities. - Experience in creating, modifying and trouble shooting. - Experience in creating Fast Formula. - Ability to load the using HDL. - Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment. The job also entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
