The ideal candidate is a team-oriented person who has attention to detail and a mind for measuring performance through data and marketing experience. Candidates who apply should have initiative and a desire to find creative solutions to business challenges.??  ?  Role Description?  ?  What impact will you have in this role??  ?  Driving alliance programs and performance for high impact across the North America organization.?  ?  What will you be doing day-to-day??  ?  ?  - Focus on delivering an amazing experience to everyone you interact with--colleagues, partners, and the greater community.?  - Grow and maintain relationships with Microsoft PDMs and commercial teams on the value of the partnership and engagement?  - Manage and organize joint account planning with Microsoft, commercial teams, and service lines leading collaboration in a matrixed business model?  - Promote capabilities and benefits across the company to gain mindshare for industry aligned business outcomes solutions built upon Microsoft solutions?  - Serve as the internal subject matter connector for the partner's solutions and technology by developing a deep understanding of partner's strategies, offerings, GTM model, and incentive programs?  - Collaborate with subject matter experts, CoE, Solution Areas, Sales, to accelerate pipeline growth?  - Act as Microsoft ambassador by supporting overall strategy and expertise to assist in sales pursuits.?  - Support Solution Area Leads in communicating differentiated GTM across the account territory and within Cognizant Sales, engineering, and marketing.?  - Lead preparation for formal sales meetings and account planning sessions between Microsoft and MBG/Cognizant Account teams.?  - Maintain alliances management best practices to ensure pipeline alignment with Microsoft in Cognizant’s CRM??  - Serve, in concert with the MBG, as the trusted advisor on sales pursuits with sales on targeted industry where partnering is required.?  ? Accountable for QBR cadence with Microsoft at the country level?  - Drive awareness of GTM programs, advocate Industry solution sales plays & co-sell initiatives?  - Coordinate and track all account planning activities with MSFT, such as joint pipeline baselining, pipeline progress, track follow-up from account planning sessions?  - Maintain rhythm of business reporting and work to drive performance goals?  - High energy, self-managed, hands-on, strong interpersonal, oral, and written communications, and organization skills.?  ?
