ABOUT THIS ROLE Based in Berlin, Audible GmbH is looking for a Marketing Campaign Manager France/Germany (m/f/x) who will manage and coordinate the execution of marketing campaigns across all marketing channels to support our continuous growth and brand activities in the France/Germany (FR/DE) region. ABOUT YOU You will manage cross-departmental projects and act as the customer champion for our communication activities, being responsible for the campaign calendar for FR/DE and coordinate the performance and reporting of campaigns. You will be the central contact and coordinator for internal and external stakeholders and your mission will be to create consistent and inspiring content campaigns across all relevant customer touch-points. Therefore, you have to show strong project management skills, a strategic vision for communication of entertainment content based on research and testing, as well as being capable to react structured and quickly to new challenges. You will work closely with our internal Brand & Content Marketing-, Acquisition-, Content Performance-, Lifecycle- and Content-teams interacting especially as an interlink between the content and marketing team. A strong focus of the projects will be for the French marketplace, with occasional support for Germany. Therefore, we are looking for a French native speaker with strong level of German language. This position is initially open through a 24-months contract. As a Marketing Campaign Manager FR/DE you will... - Plan and execute cross-channel marketing campaigns in close collaboration with creative, PR, social, content and other teams, guiding external agencies to grow brand awareness and customer base in France and Germany - Support Media campaign strategy for FR, working closely with the ATL Media team and Media agency - Define campaign opportunities based on available data (internal and external) to create innovative, clutter breaking campaigns and own end to end execution - Plan and manage FR marketing calendar including content, brand, PR, social campaigns in close alignment with FR/DE campaign Lead - Support measurement and reporting of campaign results and optimize existing and future campaigns. This includes supporting researches like ad testing and brand tracker - Manage and maintain strong relations with A-list talent, content partners, narrators, artists and the respective talent agencies in order to leverage their campaign presence towards growing brand Audible ABOUT AUDIBLE At Audible, we innovate and inspire through the power of voice. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - Professional Degree (Bachelors’ degree, MBA, M.A., M.S., or another post-graduate degree) - Strong project management skills, demonstrated experience of running effective and efficient cross-channel marketing campaigns (TV, Digital, Social, PR channels) - Bilingual in French and German; fluent in written and verbal English - Experience in working with internal and external partners - Experience in leading projects with stakeholders from different teams and from different levels. - Well organized, with a keen eye for details. Data-driven mindset PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Basic understanding of Social Media and PR is a plus - Experience with creative development (briefing, effective feedback, assets review...) developing impactful and relevant assets (static and moving content) - Experience with a large-scale digital entertainment company is a plus Audible is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
