Lead Developer – Veeva Vault Cognizant’s Digital practice is seeking a highly qualified Lead Developer with experience developing and building high-performing, scalable, enterprise applications in Veeva Vault. You will be part of a digital software team that works on high-demand applications. Location: Chicago, IL (Remote work allowed)   You must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.   Responsibilities - Provide L2/L3 support for Veeva Vault QDocs application. - Handle the end user issues in Veeva, support yearly releases and Veeva administration/configurations. - Handle configuration change requests on lifecycles, workflows, security settings, objects, document types/subtypes etc. - Work with the vendor for any major issues/bugs in the application. - Coordinate with vendor for Veeva product releases. - Should understand the integrations well and work with the integrated teams for any issues. Qualifications - Experience with any Veeva Vault applications (Clinical/Regulatory/Quality/Safety) - Overall Experience 8+ Years. - Veeva Vault Admin Experience 3+ years. - Candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in supporting Veeva Vault application. - 3-5 years of hands-on programming in Java or other OOP languages. - 2 years of lead experience is required. - Prefer candidates certified in Veeva Vault Administration. - Experience in Veeva Vault QDocs and lifecycle domain will be an added advantage. - Candidate should have good knowledge on the ITIL support process. - Integration/Programming experience with REST-based APIs. - Experience with working within Cloud Based Architecture - Understanding of Veeva’s SDK and APIs. - Experience in using Vault loader. - Proven analytical and problem-solving skills. - Experience with working within Cloud Based Architecture. - Understanding of Veeva’s SDK and APIs. - Experience in using Vault loader. - Proven analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
