Required Skills and Experience:- Minimum 15 years of experience in SAP - Minimum 3 end to end SAP S4 HANA end to end implementation / Migration / Upgrade full life cycle - Hands on experience in SAP Finance tasks such as Designing & Implementing Finance processes including New GL, Indirect Taxation like VAT, Direct taxation like WHT, AR, AP, Banking including house bank creation, DME file... - Bank Communication Management. - Hands on experience in New Asset Accounting (S4 HANA) - minimum 5+ years of RAR - Revenue Accounting and Reporting projects experience is mandatory - Must have handled migration of SD Revenue recognition (VF44) from ECC to S/4 HANA using green field / Brown field approaches - Experience in Data migration and cutover activities - Data validations, Reconciliations and Reports associated with Data migration - Experience in FI CO Integration with SD, PS, MM and PP modules - Have experience with Cost object integration with RAR - Have hands on experience with RAR Configuration, Interfaces and BADIs - Have well versed with business processes and reports in SAP RAR - Knowledge on service pack and feature pack related S/HANA 1909 / 2020 and Revenue Accounting and Reporting combinations - Good knowledge in Treasury Cash Management, Liquidity Forecast and Money market operations. - FSCM credit management including credit approval requests, automatic scoring, Credit Limit calculation, Credit Exposure update, Blocked order release using DCD functionality - FSCM collections and dispute management – collection worklist, collection strategy, promise to pay, Resubmissions, collections exposure update - Integration between FI-AR/O2C and FSCM credit management - Integration between FI-AR and FSCM collections/dispute management - Experience in functional specification preparation for RICEFW objects. - Should be able to analyze the country specific local statutory and tax requirements and able to map in SAP - SAP S4 HANA Certification will be added advantage - Good Analytical, Communication skill, interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team - Should have good Client facing skills and participating in Business discussions - Should be able to work independently and also to guide / groom the team assigned to him.
