Required knowledge / skills • Experience in SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM). • Ability to support the Implementation team in the project activities. • Act as a bridge between the implementation team and the client. • Understand the requirements from the business and ensure the implementation is on the same lines. • Coordinate code changes with the development and the change management teams. • Guide on House-keeping of the EWM systems, together with the BASIS team: jobs, archiving, removal of unused data, CIF interfaces, monitoring, etc. • Ensure that the test systems are always ready to use: check connections, master data, addon controls, etc. • Define master data strategy relevant for warehousing, together with the mater data management team. • Work closely with the business process owner community to ensure the harmonization of IT solutions. • Train key users, business analysts and local trainers. • Ensure that the documentation of the solutions in place. • Maintain a comprehensive, up-to-date, usable SAP EWM landscape. • Proactively identify opportunities to improve and harmonize business processes. • Help keep the EWM systems secure and up-to-date by proposing relevant updates and fixes. • Analytical skills in troubleshooting, root cause analysis and problem solving. • Successful cooperation with the customer's departments, a good understanding of business processes and support in creating the technical requirements documents.
