Your role: In the role of a Lead Consultant, you will anchor the engagement effort for assignments, all the way from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design, development and deployment. You will be pivotal to problem definition and discovery of the overall solution and guide teams on project processes, deliverables. As a thought leader in your domain, you will be the key advisor to architecture and design reviews. You will anchor business pursuit initiatives, client training, in-house capability building. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape. Key Duties & Responsibilities: • Should be able to take ownership of all technical aspects of Salesforce.com, including data migrations, data quality, systems integrations, 3rd party applications, AppExchange products, custom code and Lightning components. • Responsible for developing in Visualforce, Apex, Java, AJAX, and other technologies to build customized solutions that support business requirements and drive key business decisions. • Responsible for configuring certain solutions in core Salesforce platform. • Technical leadership, setting best practices including integration and application development, deployment, testing (unit and systems), and iterative refinement. • Map Functional requirement documents along with traceability matrix. Ability to liaise with technical team to convert requirements to Technical Specification • Seek out ways to utilize SFDC to improve processes and productivity and make recommendations to support an organization scaling at a rapid pace. • Define, communicate, and manage a change management (release) process to develop and implement new applications/code and updates to existing applications/code. Skills Required: • Experience in development experience with Salesforce.com (Certified Salesforce.com Developer). • Experience in implementing Salesforce Industries solutions based on Vlocity - Communications, Insurance, Media, Utilities (preferred) • Good understanding of Salesforce solution stack; Lightning Framework, Einstein Analytics, Vlocity Platform Consultant are preferred. • Strong business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering, creating/deploying solutions to end users • Should be able to conduct requirement-gathering sessions, articulating Salesforce features to business users and drive/participate in prototyping solutions and guiding team. • Previous configuration experience in Salesforce core platform. (Certified Consultant in Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Community Cloud). • Demonstrative success with multiple Salesforce.com integration projects. • Solid understanding of and detailed experience with Salesforce.com architecture and API • Detailed experience writing Visualforce and Apex classes and triggers 70% 30% Salesforce Developer SF Development SF Configuration • Knowledge of implementation best practices and should be able to configure and work along with rest of the team to build /configure the Salesforce solution. • Proficiency in HTML, XML, Flex, JavaScript, ASP, SQL, Java or C++, SOAP-based web services • Experience using Salesforce data tools (Data Loader, Excel Connector, Demand Tools, Eclipse Force.com IDE) • Strong understanding of relational databases • Experience integrating Salesforce.com with other applications via real-time, batch, sync/async. • Experience with scripted data loader, web services, cloud or on-premises middleware and other enterprise integrating technologies. • Copado or other similar Deployment tools Experience preferred. • Good knowledge of Waterfall and Agile implementation methodologies Personal: Besides the professional qualifications of the candidates, we place great importance in addition to various forms personality profile.
