Job Description Infosys is seeking Lead Consultant. This position is responsible for the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluates the solution options, and makes recommendations. You will create detailed design, architecture, process artifacts, and implement the deployment plan. You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape. Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. - Anchor due diligence of customer infrastructure environments let's scope of project work for assigned track provide assessment based on well defined guidelines make recommendation to senior on scope an optimal resource to help define the environment and arrive at the effort required to execute the project within the agreed cost and time. - Participate in regular pricing and quoting meetings. - Take full ownership of the Salesforce CPQ implementation through all phases of development. - Change and release management. - Partner with Sales Operations and Marketing to release changes to production. - CPQ best practices based on business needs and requirements. - Strong understanding of systems and processes supporting Sales and Marketing organizations in the SaaS industry. - Participate in evaluation and work on the solutions lead one or more tracks in the design of the IT infrastructure component with respect to the solution development in order to arrive at an optimal design in terms of performance and availability for the IT environment (like OS, DB, storage network enterprise apps middleware etc) under consideration. - Contribute to requirement analysis, knowledge transfer coma anchor transition for the relevant tracks, prepare slash review the system appreciation documents, resolve problem and request across tracks an ensure SLA compliance through S IP implementation. - Participate in proposal preparation, contribute to the solution design, and provide inputs for estimation with guidance from seniors. - Contribute to key KM tracks at unit slash practice level technology initiatives in broad areas of domain and technology expertise. Preferred Qualifications: • Strong communication skills, both oral and written, including presentation skills. • Adept at assessing issues with ability to devise workable solutions quickly responding appropriately. • Proven ability to support and collaborate with multiple Project Managers, Business Sponsors and IT teams within a Product • Excellent organizational and planning skills, with experience building tactical plans. • Flexible, must be able to change priorities quickly, focus on new ones without distraction, able to deal with conflict and work under pressure to meet deliverable dates/timelines. • Able to work independently. • Gather Market research, industry trends to develop a industry best product suite • Partners with product delivery Manager, Tech Lead, QA, and engineers to continuously improve and maximize output of delivery team. • Effectively builds & prioritizes user stories for each iterative delivery – partnering with UX, tech, QA, business SMEs to deliver each. • Maintains outcome focus by adjusting product roadmap, release strategy, & scope priorities based on realities of an agile environment The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
