Roles and Responsibilities: - Monitor Events and Incidents related to highly critical IT infrastructure and applications - Coordinate high-priority tickets by involving all the necessary parties in finding a resolution - Prepare reports for priority 1 and major incidents - Expect to play L1/L2 role for Infrastructure administration topics, Incident and Change Management - Follow Standard Operations Procedures for fulfilling customers’ requests - Dispatch Tickets to various support groups promptly - Answer incoming calls, do outbound calls, and reply to customer’s emails Skills /Competencies - Flexibility to work in 24x7 support in shifts - Language Skills required: German & English - Good verbal and customer handling skills over the phone and email (Service Desk function) - Strong Business Communication Skills - Willingness and flexibility to learn Server administration at L1 and scale up - Ability to work with colleagues from different cultures - Overall Experience: 3-4 Years Preferred - Good hands-on experience in Server Administration (Windows or Unix) - Basic knowledge of various technologies such as VMWare, Databases, Storage & Backup, and Middleware - Previous experience in working for the automotive industry - Experience in running operations with ITIL processes / ITIL certified Infosys is an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, spouse of protected veteran, or disability.
