Job Description Infosys is seeking a JAVA, Selenium. This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design; play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts; deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. Required Qualifications: - Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Mississauga, Ontario or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel. - Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. - At least 4 years of Information Technology experience. - Canadian citizens and those authorized to work in the Canada are encouraged to apply. Preferred Qualification :- Talent should be experienced in functional testing of instore applications. - Previous experience in POS (point of sale), other store web applications testing. - API testing using SOAP UI/Postman is preferable. - Domain: Retail domain experience is needed. - Generic: Should be able to handle client communications and offshore team co-ordination. - Exposure to IBM rational set of tools such as RFT, RTC, uDeploy, RIT & RTW - SQL Awareness, understanding of technical architecture like client server, n-Tier, service oriented and working exposure to Software Testing Life Cycle Methodologies like waterfall, Agile Delivery - Skills: Analytical abilities, Strong Technical Skills, Communication skills, ability to work in a multiple / diverse stakeholders’ environment, People coordination Analytical and Communication skills - Exposure to various testing estimation models and Very good knowledge of Defect Life Cycle Management - Expertise in Functional testing, analysis and reporting skills - Good verbal, written communication skills and analytical abilities, - Ability to work in a multiple / diverse stakeholders’ environment - Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment About Us Infosys is a global leader in next-generation digital services and consulting.
