Job Description Infosys is seeking a Java Production Support lead. This position’s primary responsibility will be to provide technical expertise and coordinate for day to day deliverables for the team. Review production issue, analyze and fix. Interface with customer to clarify issues and ensures timely closure. Adhering to ITIL Process for Incident Management, Change Management, Work Request Management, Problem Management. Perform root-cause analysis of any issues that arise post-implementation and work on solutions related to issue fixing. Prioritization of effort to resolve the most critical tickets as per business requirements. Participate in activities related to estimation of work product to provide inputs for overall project estimation. Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Raleigh, NC & Atlanta, GA or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations. We are unable to sponsor at this time. ​​​​​​ Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. - At least 4 years of Information Technology experience. Required Qualifications - Experience in Java, REST, Springboot, Microservices, Spring Security, XML, XSLT, JAXB, JAXP, MVC, AngularJS, Bootstrap, CSS3, various design patterns. - Experience in Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance/Production Support projects. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in software development life cycle. - At least 5 years of experience with Java, Springboot. - At least 5 years of experience in maintenance/Production Support projects. Experience in Design and architecture review. Strong communication and Analytical skills. Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment. Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
