Position Description: Java-Technology Analyst is responsible for developing, Enhancing, Maintaining, and troubleshooting critical applications to meet the company’s Strategic objectives. The Candidate should have in-depth knowledge of backend technologies like Java, Spring boot, and Spring batch and good exposure to Agile SDLC models. Good to coordinate with Stakeholders for inputs, report work progress, deploy, and support the system. - Design and develop web applications using Java J2ee & Spring framework. - Expertise in Impact Analysis due to changes or issues. - Develop high-quality programs and systems, partnering with our clients to ensure high-quality deliverables. - Experience in building new modules from scratch or changing the existing module with minimum guidance. - Maintain and contribute to the product platform as necessary. - Continually evaluate emerging technologies to identify opportunities, trends, and best practices that can be used to strengthen technology platforms and development practices. - Logical thinking and problem-solving skills along with an ability to collaborate - Facilitate discussions among other developers to exchange new ideas and improvements. Required years of experience, training, technical skills, and other requirements for job performance:- Java developer with good knowledge of object-oriented design and software development - Strong hands-on experience on Spring core, Spring MVC, Spring boot, Spring JPA, and Spring batch. - Extensive experience in developing and consuming REST APIs - Java-based applications deployment, configuration, and support - Experienced in using GIT and Maven - Good with CI/CD - Jenkins - 2+ Years of software development experience using Java J2ee framework. - 2+ Years of development experience in Spring core, Spring boot, and Spring batch. & REST API - Java developer with good knowledge of object-oriented design and software development - Good experience with Requirement analysis and task planning - Documentation: Requirements; test cases; release notes - Familiar with Micro-services development - Good to have experience in Spring batch and Spring Cloud applications. - Understanding relational databases, any NoSQL database is a plus - Extensive experience in developing and consuming REST APIs - Docker containers (create / customization of docker images is a plus) - GitHub and SVN or CVS source control systems - Experience working within Agile, Scrum, or SAFe methodologies. - Experience in the Healthcare Industry would be a plus. Educational Requirements:- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, or foreign equivalent, required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive, relevant work experience instead of every year of education. Candidates that have completed a Master’s degree program are strongly preferred. The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face-to-face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
