We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of a Consultant Specialist. In this role, you will: - Tech Lead for Java Development with diversified exposure in analysis, design, development and implementation of projects. - Good experience on Java EE technologies such as Servlet, JDBC and JNDI. - Lead the end to end delivery of a project/program. - Responsible for drawing up plans, schedule, manage cost and scope of the delivery. - Communicate with the relevant project teams for resolving technical / application issues related to delivery of projects. - Understand the business requirements of payment domain and support junior developers to achieve the quality delivery and within the timeline. - Provide regular updates to project stakeholder on the progress. - Proactively identify risk and put in place plans to mitigate them. Proactively track the mitigation steps and escalate for issues. To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements: - Ideally 10-12 years’ experience with min 3-4 years as project manager, leading a team and Having hands on experience on managing and delivering medium to large programs. - Hands on experience on project management principles – Stakeholder management, Risk management, Change management, Cost management. - Well versed with tools – Clarity, Jira, MS Projects - Good experience on Java EE technologies such as Servlet, JDBC and JNDI. - Good understanding of JMS integration and Docker orchestration using Kubernettes - Good knowledge on Java SE including Collection, Threading and Core Java. - Should have basic understanding of the Spring Security and general Security concepts of encryption and authentication - Hands-on experience with Spring AOP using Advice, Aspects and AOP Processor. - Worked on Restcontoller, Spring JDBC, Spring Hibernate ORM and JPA - Experience using MAVEN Build System.
