We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist In this role, you will: - Technology teams work closely with our global businesses to help design and build digital services that allow our millions of customers around the world, to bank quickly, simply and securely. They also run and manage our IT infrastructure, data centres and core banking systems that power the world’s leading international bank.Our multi-disciplined teams include: DevOps engineers, IT architects, front and back end developers, infrastructure specialists, cyber experts, as well as project and programme managers. This role drives the governance of our Service Management controls so that we ensure that our IT Services run properly and that we are meeting key control KCIs and OKRs - The incumbent provides support to the Service Management Controls Owner and the Head of Service Operations & Quality in working with our IT Service Owners so that we maintain our services at the standards required. Where KCIs and OKRs are not being met they will work with the IT Service owners to ensure we have a ‘path to green’ and that these plans are being followed.This is a fast-paced role and requires someone who is flexible, adaptable, move focus quickly. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and negotiating skills with an understanding of the work undertaken by IT Service Owners. - Help to drive convergence of the working practices, tools and metrics in managing technology controls across Risk and Compliance, taking direction from the Enterprise Technology Global Technology Controls Lead.Engage in a virtual community of department controls leads working together to accurately manage operational. - Develop and manage stakeholder relationships within Risk and Compliance.Be involved in the consistent and insightful reporting of Control adherence and escalation of identified issues - Provide risk and control knowledge and insights, assisting with efforts to continuously improve the control environment and monitoring of risk, including behaviors.Support IT Service Owners through all Control Requirements. - Assist in preparation and running of Risk and Compliance Service Management Health check meeting. Oversight all ITID control requirements, how they are tracked and reported, and any exception processes. Assist in production of relevant KCI reporting for all controls at suitable levels for audience (Service Line or by Service). - Perform Control Compliance Testing, producing relevant reports and action plans. To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements: - Experience of tracking and reporting, and working with all levels of teams and Senior Management.Effectively manage stakeholder relationships. - Strong organisational background with a proven track record of managing wide range of diverse stakeholders. - Understanding of Non-Financial Risk framework,, and its purpose. - Must have a strong tech knowledge i.e. architecture, platforms. - Organisation and project management skills a strong advantage. - Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Powerpoint, Excel). - Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
