We aim to be where the growth is, enabling businesses to thrive and economies to prosper, and, ultimately, helping people to fulfil their hopes and realise their ambitions.  We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Manager Business Analyst.  Main activities:  ·        Deliver high quality, detailed business requirements, process design documentation, cost benefit analysis, and clear choice estimations. ·        Ensure the use of standard methods / processes to deliver projects that adhere to the Project Delivery Process standards. ·        Continually seeks ways of improving work processes. ·        Contains a high level of expertise in one or more functional and technical areas. Customers / Stakeholders ·        Build trusting relationships with internal customers by consistently eliciting requirements that meet and deliver upon their business needs. ·        Be knowledgeable about HSBC business needs, the businesses of competitors, and emerging trends in the industry landscape ·        Elicit documentation that meets Project Process Delivery standards. ·        Deliver on assignments / projects using the appropriate technologies and tools including Group standards. ·        Facilitation of meetings, forming of project team, and guiding them through the project delivery process. To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:  ·        Working experience in Disclosures of Interest is must. Strong knowledge of database SQL/PLSQL, XML. Experience in designing UX components/Options ·        Experience of business analysis for IT applications in the financial services industry. Experience in High/Low level technical design review. Identify improvement opportunity (proactive and reactive) ·        Strong working background in instrument reference data domain. Experience in working with source data providers to ensure coverage and accuracy of input data. Experience in assisting in System Integration Testing and manage User Acceptance Testing. Ability to plan and organise workload, considering relative and               conflicting priorities, seeking win/win solution where possible. Work collaboratively with other Business Analysts, Operations, Subject Matter Experts in gathering, translating, and clarifying requirements and defining design options ·        Experience in agile delivery techniques, having delivered using agile methodology in previous roles. Able to build strong working relationships with other functions and stakeholders. Positive ‘can do’ attitude: delivery and results focused. Understand and negotiate needs and expectations of multiple stakeholders.
