As an Investigation Associate, you will be regularly conducting segmented investigations to safeguard Amazon’s global customer base, profitability and brand while maintaining a high bar of customer experience. Your work is made meaningful by being able to create a safe and fair environment for buyers and sellers. The job entails sound judgment while keeping in mind that buyers, brand owners and selling partners are all our customers. Our Mission is to strive to guarantee customers a delightful shopping journey on Amazon by safeguarding listings discoverability and guaranteeing that when customers do place an order, they can have a worry-free experience and receive authentic and safe products. In this role, you will be leveraging appropriate operational tools and applications to find and use data to complete your tasks. Your decision quality will be highly dependent on your ability to follow the SOPs and workflows of each segmented task of our investigations process. There will be a variety of routine tasks that you will be trained to do along with opportunities to attend sessions to improve self, quality and process efficiency. Meeting program standards on quality, productivity, schedule adherence and other metrics is expected. This role requires commitment to maintain data confidentiality and abidance towards Amazon and country specific security standards. Flexibility with working hours and work on weekends and holidays as part of your normal 5-day shift is required. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS · High School Graduation Certificate · Fresh graduate or maximum 1-year internship and/or volunteering experience · Very good command in both spoken and written English (Common European Framework of Reference B1) · Knowledge of MS Office; MS Outlook, and MS Excel PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS · Completed Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline · Previous experience in fields such as Investigations/Payments/Security or Banking domain · Basic knowledge of E-commerce · Ability to communicate complex issues clearly to both internal and external customers. · Ability to work independently and make simple investigation decisions in a mostly guided platform · Ability to logical case handling analyzing problems and problem-solving skills, including the ability to recognize non-obvious patterns · Ability to maintain high levels of standards
