Job Description Infosys is seeking a Tanium. This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design; play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts; deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. Required Qualifications : - Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Mississauga, Ontario or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel. Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. At least 7 years of Information Technology experience. Canadian citizens and those authorized to work in the Canada are encouraged to apply. We are unable to sponsor at this time. Preferred Qualification :Understand the importance of Vulnerabilities and ensuring the systems are compliant with the identified vulnerabilities. Assist in the process of vulnerability and patch management ensuring they are compatible with the company’s business needs and strategic objectives. Research, evaluate, develop, design and implement patch remediation designs and standards following the industry best practices. Expertise in Tanium & BigFix tools End to End patching process which incudes identifying the vulnerabilities, remediation, planning, scheduling, implementation, and post implementation activities. Understand the customer’s existing patching process & lead transformational initiatives to improve the patching effectiveness. Develop and implement patch and vulnerability remediation process including package creation, testing and deployment. Perform server administration on Windows, Linux & AIX based systems. Good hands on technical and troubleshooting experience. Good understanding of cloud technologies (AWS & Azure). Able to work with product vendors to come up with suitable patch recommendations without risking systems. Thorough understanding of ITIL process. Excellent client coordination and strong communication skills Planning/organizing- able to prioritize activities and manage multiple tasks Understanding of SLAs, KPIs, service metrics, and systems used to generate and track these figures including the equations and methods used to derive correct results Always seek to continuously improve Operations and implement Transformation initiatives Assign and oversee the daily tasks of technical personnel while ensuring all subordinates are actively working toward established milestones Hold regular technical team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects Work with product vendors and client stake holders Able to motivate, mentor and build a strong team The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face.
