We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Head of Business Management, GTRF . Principal Responsibilities This role is part of the SGH GTRF team and reports to Head of GTRF, SGH. This jobholder is a critical enabler in delivering the GTRF revenue targets, both locally and regionally. - Assist in the delivery of strategic roadmap and help the Regional GTRF head in day to day running of the business - As the job encompasses dealing with all parts of the GTRF business and stakeholders, the job holder is expected to “connect the dots” of various business initiatives in order to assist GTRF management in consistent delivery of business imperatives - Ensure consistent communication of global and regional strategies within and outside of the organisation - Support various Strategic Initiatives for GTRF in Singapore, including GTRF Analytics, Management Information, Data Enablement and transformation programs. - Engage with Global Businesses to ensure a coordinated approach and alignment to objectives, in particular coordinate with Global Analytics Centre to deliver analytics solutions - Represent GTRF (point of contact) in various forums, meetings with global functions and businesses - Assist the business in performance management, tracking of various initiatives, internal/external benchmarking, developing and articulating country and regional strategy. Work collaboratively with all country, regional and global teams to deliver these goals - Monitor the output of the implementation and effectiveness of AOP/ Strategic initiatives to deliver long term objectives - Provide relevant inputs to regional and country Annual Operating Plan, Financial Resource Plan, various Strategic / Business Plans and other strategic reviews - Exposure to GTRF and other commercial banking products. Frontline experience is a plus - Strategic thinking and high level of business acumen and commercial awareness - Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills - Experience in data analytics and familiarity with various HSBC core banking systems and databases - Broad knowledge of group strategy. An appreciation of the global nature of the Group’s business. - Ability to cope with pressure in a dynamic, fast growing and moving environment - Strong project management skills - Strong independent contributor, who is comfortable working in a self-directed mode, on multiple assignments, where the teams will often be distributed across the globe and culturally diverse To be considered for this role, the relevant rights to work in Singapore is required.
