We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join our Global Trade & Receivables Finance (GTRF) team within Commercial Banking, working together with colleagues to define, manage and achieve divisional business targets. In this role, you will: •         Lead, motivate and develop the Document Management team to achieve high-quality service delivery •         Liaise with other Trade Service Center (TSC) teams and service providers (e.g. GSC, NSC, DHL) •         Ensure service levels are in line with/exceeding SLAs, higher than the competitors and identify operational improvement opportunities •         Take overall responsibility for the management of the Document Management team •          Conduct the day-to-day running of the resource planning, workflow management and performance and productivity assessment •         Keep overheads within the plan, and effectively manage all resources and identify cost saving opportunities •         Work with other GTRF functions/teams to maintain/improve GTRF operations and service standards •         Provide real-time support to team and manage efficient delivery of services •         Be the representative for liaison with other GTRF teams and Customer Groups •     Contribute to staff training & development. By encouraging/nominating team members to attend appropriate training courses and by ensuring   effective on-going coaching, counselling and feedback on performance including half-year and year-end appraisals To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:   • Knowledge and experience in trade and customer service • Strong interpersonal, influencing and communication skills.
