Job Description Infosys is seeking a Functional Testing Lead with Healthcare Payer Domain Experience, As a QA Test Lead you will act as a validation and quality assurance expert and review the functionality of existing systems. You will conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy & design and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes. You will also be required to design an optimal test environment to simulate real-time scenarios. Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education • At least 4+ years of Information Technology experience U.S. citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply. We are unable to sponsor at this time. • Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Long Beach, CA or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US and Canada • Experience with Testing strategies and Test Execution • 4 Years of strong working experience in Healthcare Payer domain • Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle • Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies Preferred Experience • 4 years of experience in STLC cycle covering Requirement analysis, test planning & strategizing, test design, test execution, defect management and overall project & deliverables tracking, daily/weekly/monthly status reporting • Knowledge and experience in handling EDI X12 834, 837 transactions • Hands-on experience in Payer core administration products such as QNXT (preferred), FACETS • Should have got knowledge & experience to come up with Test Automation solutions, accelerators & utilities based on the project needs. • Ability to write complex SQL queries. • Proven client-interfacing skills. • Experience in mentoring & managing team members. • Should be familiar with Test Management tools such as JIRA. • Good Analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication skills • Understanding of one or more Estimation methodologies, Knowledge of Quality processes. • Experience and desire to work in a team with multiple stakeholders and Global delivery environment The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
