DESCRIPTION With Fulfillment by Amazon, Amazon’s new and innovative service offering, any merchant can send inventory directly to Amazon, where it is stored and managed in one of our modern, secured facilities. Merchants may list items for sale on Amazon or use other sales channels such as their own website or third party shopping/ auction websites. When orders are received, Amazon will professionally pick, pack and ship the product direct to a merchant’s customer. In addition, Amazon takes full responsibility for servicing the merchant’s customers and handles all customer returns as required, thus offering end to end fulfillment and customer service experience. Minimum gross monthly salary for this positions starts from 1300 EUR. The final total compensation offered is likely to be higher and will consist of further pay components such as sign on bonus and restricted stock units. Key job responsibilities Handling high value reimbursement requests related to damages and losses occurred during FBA processes; Performing quality audits of the decisions made by primary contact line for FBA sellers (Seller Support); Close cooperation with Seller Support leadership targeted on improving overall quality of decision-making and services provided by Amazon. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor’s Degree in a related field; - Good analytical, verbal and written communication skills; - Fluent English and at least another European language is required (preferred French, Italian, Spanish); - Good Microsoft Office/PC skills, including good working knowledge of Excel; - Strong business judgement; - Demonstrated problem solving and analytical capability; - Experience communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders across multiple business units; - Good team player and the ability to work with a wide cross-section of people in various locations; - Impeccable attention to detail; - Independent and flexible; - Strong customer focus. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience in data analyzing, project management, seller communication; - Background in seller management and or operations; - Experience working in a cross-functional capacity and a proven track record of delivering operational excellence.
